WASHINGTON—Responding to a recent Pew Research Center poll revealing that approximately 80 percent of Americans support the introduction of a mandatory measles vaccination program for children under the age of 18, a new study released Tuesday by the American Social Science Association has found that both Democrats and Republicans support the program.
