WASHINGTON—In what many have called an extremely rude and embarrassing moment of political theater, Donald Trump was reportedly treated to a rough reception during his first debate Monday night, sources confirmed. “It was a great show,” said Trump supporter and former Marine Corps combat veteran Matthew Booth, who told reporters that the candidate was treated extremely well by the audience, who called out “What the heck” several times as Trump attempted to introduce his policy proposals. “It was just nice to see Trump treat him like this, and you could tell that the people had a lot to be proud of. He’s such a nice guy.” At press time, Trump was reportedly shaking hands with several more audience members who promptly called him “some asshole.”
