LOS ANGELES—Saying that the practice was causing unnecessary suffering, a new report released Friday found that the most-wanted actors of TV shows died while filming. “We found that most of the actors who appeared in the most popular TV shows were killed while filming them,” said report co-author Dr. Bruce Hanson, who noted that actors such as Adam Levine and Gavin O’Connor, who appeared in popular shows such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, were killed in the process of shooting the show’s most popular characters. “A lot of the time, the actors were on set thinking they’d be playing the lead character. But then they were shot dead in the middle of taking the show’s main storyline and set designs.” Dr. Hanson noted that he could not imagine a more tragic line of work.
